FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts give priority to every product it makes. Every product is created with the finest materials and utmost care and attention so as to let each product tell a special story of your life that you can cherish forever.
We pay close attention to all the details and carefully inspect each product to ensure its superior craftsmanship and quality. However, despite our best efforts, and in the rare occurrence we may have overlooked a defect, please let us know via email.
In order to help us understand and resolve your problem quickly, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the necessary details:
- - Full Name
- - Contact Number
- - Order Number
- - Description of the defects
- - Photos of the defective product taken from several angles
In the event that you need to contact us regarding a defect, please contact our Customer Support team with the necessary details WITHIN 14 days of receiving your order. In the case if the defect is due to production errors or damaged during transit, we will have a replacement order made. Should there be any returns made by you, the product must be in the same condition as when you first received it and in the original packaging.
Note that FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts will not be held responsible under the following conditions:
- - If you claim the defect after 14 days of receiving your order.
- - If the defect is not caused by us, such as the typo error, low images resolution, original image too bright or too dark, wrong order quantity, etc.
IMPORTANT: Please understand that FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts do not provide refunds. If your item has a defect, we will have it fixed or send a replacement order made to the last indicated delivery address at no extra cost. FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts is not responsible for any consumer-generated mistakes, errors or defects that include but not exclusive to spelling, typographical or grammatical errors, dark images, poor image quality from low resolution images, order quantity or other ordering errors. Please be sure to preview your designs carefully before placing your order. FUJIFILM Prints & Gifts reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, deemed unifit or unreasonable.
